Charity Challenge
If you
fancy something a bit more challenging then
Charity Challenge is for you. They have challenges in over
30 countries worldwide, including Africa, Asia, the Caribbean,
Europe, the Americas and the Arctic.
Whether you fancy
trekking, mountain climbing, cycling, dog sledding, sky diving,
kayaking, white water rafting, skiing or getting your hands dirty
on a community challenge, there are three levels of difficulty,
ranging from 'challenging' to 'tough', or even 'extreme'!
You can join any one of
the open challenges (there are more than 100 on offer) and raise
money for Cobalt. They have ten different types of activity with a
wide range of challenge durations and more than 120 departure dates
every month of the year.
They provide extensive information to help you to prepare
for your challenge, including a detailed itinerary, kit list,
country fact file, frequently asked questions, health notes and
travel tips, high altitude notes, fundraising support, fitness
training, responsible travel, and travel insurance.
If you want to take on one of these challenges
for Cobalt, go to
Charity Challenge and choose your challenge.
Make sure you then contact Mary Peterson at
Cobalt on: 01242 535900 (Option 3) or email: mary.peterson@cobalthealth.co.uk
to let her know you'll be raising money for the charity.
