This race has increased in popularity since its first running in
February 1997 and is now one of the major races on the
Herefordshire running calendar.
All off road, the course takes you through undulating forestry
commission paths, tracks and trails - approximately 6 miles in
total.

How to take part
You must be over 18 years old to take part and pay a
registration fee of £12.00 (no entries on the day).

Please note - no dogs are allowed on the course.
