Over 250 rare and unusual varieties of snowdrops
and early spring plants in Colesbourne's ten acre garden, including
woodland and lakeside paths. Cobalt will be hosting the teas, so
come and visit us in the tearooms.

Rare Plant Fair, The Old Rectory, Quenington

An organic garden which has been developed over
the past 40 years. A very tranquil spot on the banks of a mill race
and the River Coln. Herbaceous borders, mature trees, pool and bog
garden and a large vegetable garden and permanent sculpture trail.
An added attraction will be the Rare Plant
Fair giving you the opportunity to buy special varieties not
usually found at garden centres, from over 20 leading
nurserymen.

A timeless garden with spectacular views over the
deer park and rolling Cotswold hills beyond. A large walled garden
boasts extensive borders containing clematis and herbaceous
planting, a wide range of roses, a fine specimen of trees and a
newly constructed parterre and rose pergola. The garden also
features a rill with a fountain, a stone summerhouse, extensive yew
hedges and a notable yew walk.

area of natural beauty. One of the many rooms is set around a
beautiful mill, with hidden paths around the mill-pool and stream
and a Rose Walk leading onto the Cricket Lawn. Views of the
Cotswold Hills can be seen at the top, with a church as a lovely
backdrop.

Cotswold Farm Snowdrops

A fascinating, family
friendly, Cotswold garden overlooking a quiet valley on descending
levels with Terrace designed by Norman Jewson. The snowdrop
collection was begun in the 1930s and further developed by Ruth
Birchall in 1996 boasting 62 varieties. Many named snowdrops in the
borders and swathes of naturalised snowdrops in the woodland walks.
A winter step garden with scents and textures leads down to the bog
garden. Hellebores, cornus, acconites, cyclamen, crocus and
sarcococca.
