On Friday 31st July, medical charity Cobalt was joined by an ITV filming crew at its ITM Imaging Centre at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Birmingham, to document a patient’s journey through an ongoing specialist cardiac research trial.

As with many research projects, researchers need access to fast, high-quality imaging and this is one of many ongoing trials that Cobalt is supporting in collaboration with the Institute of Translational Medicine and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Birmingham. 🧬

In the video you can see the patient is having a Cardiac MRI which is performed by our highly-trained radiographers.
