Cobalt is supporting the local NHS by providing an imaging centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. This new centre, with the latest CT and MRI scanners, supports both patients from the hospital and wider community.

NHS England are planning to develop over 150 community diagnostic centres, so patients can have their imaging closer to home. Cobalt is working with the NHS to develop a centre in Gloucestershire in 2023. The Cobalt Imaging Centre in Cheltenham has been providing a full range of medical imaging in the community since 2006, supporting the NHS.
