Our speakers, Janine Guthrie and Claire Cox from Willans LLP, are experienced legal professionals who will guide you through some of the most important decisions you can make for yourself and your loved ones.
Janine is a Senior Associate in the private client department, specialising in advising elderly clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and capacity-related matters. Claire is a Partner in the litigation team and specialises in contentious probate matters, including disputes involving Wills, estates, and inheritance.
During the session, we will cover:

- The role and benefits of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Planning ahead for care and financial decisions
- Common disputes and how to avoid them
