On Monday 13th October, we were delighted to welcome members of Fairford Bowling Club to Linton House to celebrate their incredible fundraising efforts in support of Cobalt.

Brian and June Wall, long-standing club members, first began supporting Cobalt back in 2002. Since their passing, the club has continued their wonderful legacy — raising funds year after year in their memory.

To date, their efforts have raised an amazing £13,292.88 to support our work — and that’s not even counting what’s been raised so far in 2025! 

These vital funds help us make a real difference for local patients — from funding cancer research nurses and supporting young people with cancer, to advancing dementia research and investing in the very latest medical imaging technology.

A huge thank you to everyone at Fairford Bowling Club for their ongoing kindness, dedication and generosity — your support truly helps us change lives across our community.
