Cobalt volunteer talks
Bring Cobalt to your community group, organisation or school
What to expect
Our volunteer speakers bring Cobalt’s work to life by sharing how we support patients, families, and our community through medical imaging, diagnosis, and research.
Their talks are friendly and engaging and are a great way to learn more about the impact of our charity while inspiring people to get involved.
We have a network of trained volunteers who give talks to community groups, schools, and businesses across the county. They come from all walks of life but share one goal – to make sure more people know how Cobalt supports local patients with cancer, dementia, and other conditions.

Book your talk today
Fill out our form and our fundraising team will be in touch.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time for the talk, though this may not always be possible. When we get in touch, we’ll discuss your requirements in more detail.
Our volunteers will explain how Cobalt funds specialist equipment, research nurses, and clinical trials, and how the charity provides affordable medical imaging for patients who need it most. Some may also share personal experiences of being part of the Cobalt community.
Talks generally focus on Cobalt’s charitable work and objectives, rather than offering medical advice.
Talks only for organisations based in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
