Welcome to the Walk for Cobalt 2026 information page. By signing up to take part, you agree to the following key points:
General Information
- The Walk for Cobalt is organised by Cobalt Health Medical Charity.
- By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- The event supports Cobalt’s vital medical imaging and health services.
Registration
- All walkers must be registered before taking part.
- Under‑18s must have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Any registration fees are non‑refundable unless Cobalt cancels the event.
Health & Safety
- Please make sure you are fit and well enough to take part.
- If you have any concerns, seek medical advice before joining the walk.
- The route is self‑guided, so you are responsible for your own safety.
- In an emergency, call 999.
- Follow any safety instructions given by staff or signage.
Event Conduct
- Please be respectful to fellow walkers, staff, volunteers and the public.
- Help us keep the area clean – please do not litter.
Fundraising
- We encourage all participants to raise funds for Cobalt.
- Funds should be returned within 30 days of completing the walk.
- Use of Cobalt’s name or logo for fundraising should relate to this event only.
Liability
- You take part at your own risk.
- Cobalt cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
- We are unable to take responsibility for personal belongings.
Event Changes or Cancellation
- The event may be changed or cancelled if needed (e.g. severe weather).
- If Cobalt cancels the event, any registration fees will be refunded.
Photography & Data Protection
- By signing up, you agree that Cobalt may process your personal data for event administration and fundraising.
- By taking part, you give permission to be photographed or filmed during the event. Images may be used for marketing and fundraising purposes on print, digital and social media.
- If you do not give permission, please email fundraising@cobalthealth.co.uk before the event so we can take steps to avoid using your image.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
